Energy Performance Certificate
From the 1st of
October 2008 rented properties will require Energy Performance
Certificates before you can rent property to the public.

You will require several copies of the EPC( just like your Corgi test) .
These have to be viewed by potential tenants, displayed in the property,
the managing agent requires a copy for their records and you will
require a copy as proof of compliance.
