Our Leasehold HIP consists of:
 

  • All of the components of a Freehold HIP plus:
  • A Copy of the Lease
  • The most recent service charge accounts and receipts
  • Building Insurance Policy details and payment receipts
  • Any regulations made by the Landlord or Management Company
 

We also provide Domestic and Commercial Energy Performance Certificates at very competitive prices, and should any property be unregistered we can provide an epitome of title should you not wish to produce your own.

We are fully accredited to carry out energy assessments and have PI and PL insurance for all products advertised on this site.
